Genista ‘Porlock’

A superb choice for coastal areas where bearing masses of fragrant, golden, pea-like flowers that will brighten the garden from March to April. Genista ‘Porlock’ forms a rounded, spreading mound of stems decorated with tiny silver-green leaves that remain semi-evergreen in winter. This RHS AGM Broom forms excellent ground cover for banks and open locations. It makes a colourful specimen shrub in borders and rockeries, where it will require virtually no maintenance once established. Height and spread: 250cm (98″).
