This vigorous, Japanese Honeysuckle produces an abundance of honey-scented blooms throughout summer which are always busy with pollinating insects. The tubular flowers emerge pure white and slowly age to a deep, buttery yellow, followed by glossy black berries. Dark green foliage covers the twining stems and remains semi-evergreen in mild areas. This twining Lonicera thrives in most aspects but flourishes in dappled shade. Honeysuckle ‘Hall’s Prolific’ a particularly useful climber for growing through deciduous hedges and trees to provide a showy summer display and a little winter colour. Height: 8m (26’).
