Rhododendron ‘Dopey’

One of the compact Yakushimanum group of evergreen Rhododendrons. These dwarf, dome-shaped plants are particularly tough little shrubs forming a neat mound of evergreen foliage. Rhododendron ‘Dopey’ is a colourful variety bearing full clusters of deep red flowers that fade to pink at the edges. Awarded an RHS AGM, it is an ideal plant for a patio container or the front of acid borders. Height and spread: 90cm (36″).
