One of the lesser known Viburnums but deserving of far greater popularity! Viburnum x carlcephalum produces it domed clusters of pink buds in May, which unfurl to deeply fragrant, white flowers. The dark green, heart-shaped foliage cloaks this well branched hardy shrub throughout the summer months, before turning to shades of red in autumn. Commonly known as Fragrant Snowball, this superb Viburnum tolerates a shaded position. Perfect for the back of mixed borders and woodland gardens. Height: 6m (19’). Spread: 3m (10’).
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
