This magnificent Japanese Wisteria bears particularly long racemes of lilac purple flowers that can reach over 30cm (12″) long. Wisteria floribunda ‘Macrobotrys’ is a classic, long lived, cottage garden climber, producing a superb flowering display every spring for many years. This elegant variety is ideal for growing over a strong pergola where its long pendants of flower can hang down freely. Height: 9m (29′). Spread: 5m (16′). Supplied as a grafted plant.
